Forest City Diving Club is a not-for-profit sports organization sanctioned by Dive Ontario and Dive PlongeonCanada. Whether you’re diving for fun, or you’re an Olympic hopeful, Forest City Diving Club has a place for you, with programs designed for everyone.

Our Learn to Dive Programs
We Fly By Five Program
We Fly By Five is a Diving Plongeon Canada program run locally here in London by Forest City Diving Club. It allows young athletes to learn confidence in the water and have fun while learning basic diving skills that can be built on as the child grows.
Learn to Dive
You have chosen such a unique and exciting sport for your child. Our instructors are past and present divers who have been immersed in the sport for years. The Learn to Dive program offers a safe, fun, and supporting environment for beginners to explore the basics of the sport.
Intermediate & Advanced Diving
Our intermediate and advanced divers compete at the provincial and national levels. This program is for divers who want to take their diving to the next level, working with Coach Jorge, who is a former Olympian, who gives one-on-one feedback and high-level technical instruction and individual development plans.
Training Calendar & Location Details
Our swim lessons sometimes need to change location at the last minute due to pool availability or unexpected maintenance. To make sure you're always up to date, we've created a live Google Calendar with the latest lesson details.
