About us

Forest City Diving Club (FCDC) is a not-for-profit sports organization sanctioned by Dive Ontario and Dive Plongeon Canada.

Whether you would like to dive for fun, or you are an Olympic hopeful, the Forest City Diving Club has a place for you. Maybe you’ve seen some of our divers practicing and you’re itching to take a leap off one of the high boards – we have programs designed to fit everyone’s needs. 

Join our Master divers, who are over age 25, as they perfect their skills, or sign your kids up for a Learn-to-Dive program where they’ll gain confidence and learn the basics of the sport. They can progress into one of our Competitive programs, which sends divers to provincial and national competitions. FCDC is the largest diving club in Ontario and our head coach is a former Olympian, supported by a roster of committed coaches who help each athlete to reach their full potential on all boards. 

FCDC is run by a volunteer board of directors and hosts a variety of fundraisers throughout the year. We host mini-meets so younger divers can get a taste of competition, and larger events to bring in divers from across the province. Diving is an individual sport but what keeps Forest City Diving Club achieving at the highest level is a strong team spirit and support for one another. We ARE the Evolution of Divers!
