Our facilities
Dryland training takes place at our facility on North Rutledge Road.
One of the largest and best-equipped training grounds in the country, the dryland centre boasts trampolines, a foam pit, harness, springboard and spinner as well as weights and other gym equipment so our divers can perfect their skills away from the pool. While helping to develop muscle memory and strengthening the appropriate muscles, the equipment allows athletes to learn to spin, spot and jump to their full potential.
At the Canada Games Aquatic Centre, there are 1m, 3m, 5m, 7m, and 10m boards (eight diving boards in total). The wide range of boards provides an opportunity for divers to practice a range of skills before jumping into competitions.
