If paying by cheque, please deliver your cheque payable to the Forest City Diving Club, to our mailbox which is located just inside the front doors of the Canada Games Aquatic Centre or mail it to The Forest City Diving Club, c/o Canada Games Aquatic Centre, 1045 Wonderland Road North, London, Ontario N6G 2Y9. Spaces are limited and to avoid disappointment, we recommend that you register as early as possible.
